Pulley Customization
Custom cast iron/steel pulleys for power systems of various mud pumps and drilling pumps, tailored to transmission ratio, installation dimensions, and working load. Multiple groove profiles (SPA, SPB, SPC, 8V, etc.) are available, with dynamic balance grade up to G6.3, ensuring transmission efficiency and dynamic balance accuracy while reducing abnormal belt wear.
Crosshead Customization
Customization of core force-bearing parts for F-series and 3NB series mud pump power ends, including crosshead bodies, pins, and bushings tailored to customer equipment models. Using 20CrMnTi or 42CrMo forged blanks, through carburizing and quenching, combined with precision grinding, dimensional tolerance is controlled within IT6 grade, ensuring precise sliding fit clearance with guides and bearing high alternating loads.
Crosshead Guide Customization
Provide customized top guides, bottom guides, and complete guide assemblies for mud pump crossheads. Materials can be selected from high-strength wear-resistant copper alloy, ductile iron, or steel-backed composite materials. We provide high-wear-resistant guides tailored to dimensional tolerances, wear resistance grades, and lubrication methods. Guide surfaces can undergo scraping treatment, reducing friction and wear during equipment operation and extending the service life of guide and crosshead pairing.
Fluid End Assembly Customization
Undertake modular customization of mud pump fluid end assemblies and fracturing pump fluid end assemblies, covering pump heads, valve boxes, suction and discharge manifolds, liner retainers, and other fluid end components. Based on pressure ratings and material requirements, we customize solutions suitable for high-solids and high-corrosion mud transportation conditions, adapting to F-500 through F-2200 and various triplex and quintuplex fracturing pump models.

Material Selection Customization
Offer a wide range of metal and non-metal material options including high-chromium alloy, wear-resistant cast iron, stainless steel (304, 316L), duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy, Monel, tungsten carbide, ceramics, polyurethane, and HNBR. Supporting customization for different working conditions such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and high temperature resistance.
We can recommend the optimal material combination based on media corrosivity, sand content, temperature, and pressure, achieving the best balance between cost-effectiveness and service life.
Dimension & Specification Customization
We manufacture custom-sized parts strictly in line with customer-provided drawings, equipment models and installation dimensions. Appearance & Process Customization
We provide customizable finishing and surface treatment processes, including heat treatment (quenching, carburizing, nitriding), spraying, and chrome plating. Customization Process
01. Requirement Communication
Customers provide equipment models, drawings, working parameters (pressure, flow rate, medium, temperature, etc.) or samples. Our technical team communicates one-on-one to clarify customization details and conduct feasibility assessment.
02. Proposal Confirmation
The technical team provides customized solutions, 3D drawings, and material/process suggestions according to customer needs, including heat treatment routes, tolerance control standards, and quotation, submitted for customer review and approval before production starts.
03. Sample Production
If sampling is required, first article trial production is arranged with full-process inspection at key stages, accompanied by dimensional inspection reports and material certificates. Samples are shipped to the customer for installation verification upon completion.
04. Mass Production
After sample approval, mass production is started. Strict process quality control and batch management are implemented, with the whole process following API 7K standards to ensure consistent performance for every piece.
05. Quality Inspection
Each batch of products undergoes factory inspections including dimensional inspection, hardness testing, pressure testing, sealing testing, and wear testing to ensure compliance with customization requirements, with a full set of quality documentation provided.
06. Packaging and Delivery
Anti-rust and anti-collision packaging is carried out according to customer requirements, supporting sea/land/air transportation, and providing complete product inspection reports and delivery documents.
