Mud Pump Fluid End Cylinder Head and Cylinder Head Plug

The cylinder head plug is a critical component of the mud pump fluid end for oil drilling. It is installed in the hydraulic cylinder (or fluid end studded assembly) and acts as a fixing element. In the F1300/1600 mud pump, the cylinder head plug presses the positioning plate tightly. The plug consists of a handle and a plug body welded together. The blank of the plug body is made of 45 steel and quenched to HB217–255. The front part is equipped with a cylinder head (valve cover) sealing ring to ensure sealing and pressure retention of the hydraulic cylinder. Adopting a highquality, properly matched plug improves the loading condition, increases bearing capacity, and extends service life.
