Fluid End Parts
Valve rod guides consist of upper discharge guides and lower suction guides (also named lower valve stem guides). As core parts for mud pump hydraulic end valve assemblies, they are installed inside valve boxes and fluid cylinders, sleeved on valve rods to center valve assemblies and control the movement track of valve bodies and valve rods. Each guide is composed of a guide body and an embedded inner sleeve: the body is made of ZG35CrMo, while the inner sleeve adopts 20CrMnTi with carburizing and quenching treatment.

Valve assembly sequence: Valve cover → Upper guide → Discharge valve assembly → Lower guide → Suction valve assembly → Valve seat. Wide applications include onshore high-pressure drilling for oil, shale gas and coalbed methane, offshore platforms, offshore workover, cementing units, tunnel grouting, hydraulic drilling and large truck-mounted rigs.
