Power End Parts
The flanged bearing sleeve is a core support component for the power end of mud pumps. As a transitional bushing between the bearing and pump housing, it provides stable support for the crankshaft and crosshead assembly, withstands alternating loads, and protects the pump housing and bearing seat from direct wear. It is a critical accessory for ensuring long-term stable operation of the mud pump.

Integral Flanged Design: The heavy-duty cylindrical body and mounting flange are forged as one piece, offering excellent rigidity and impact resistance for the high-pressure alternating loads of heavy-duty mud pumps.
Bolt Hole Pattern: Evenly distributed bolt holes on the outer flange allow for secure mounting to the pump housing or bearing seat, preventing movement during operation.
Precision Bore Machining: The inner surface is precision turned and honed with tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring accurate bearing alignment and minimizing vibration and wear.
Wear & Corrosion Resistant Material: Forged from high-strength alloy steel (e.g., 35CrMo/42CrMo) with a black oxide or anti-corrosion finish, providing excellent fatigue and impact resistance for a long service life.
Optional Lubrication Features: Some models include internal oil grooves or holes for compatibility with forced lubrication systems, helping to reduce bearing operating temperature and extend bearing life.
