Fluid End Parts
Our mud pump valve and seat assemblies are integrally forged from premium 20CrMnTi or 20CrMoCi alloy steel and subjected to professional carburizing heat treatment. The carburized layer depth is controlled within 1.80–2.22 mm, resulting in a surface hardness of HRC 58–65, which endows the parts with outstanding mechanical strength, toughness and ultra-precise dimensional consistency. Supported by accurate mechanical calculation and CNC precision machining, the contact angles between valve bodies and seats are perfectly matched to minimize partial abrasion, enabling continuous stable operation for more than 400 hours under regular drilling conditions. We provide three mainstream structural types: full open, three-web and four-web designs, paired with full open seats, with ready stock for API 6# and API 8# specifications.
Product Description
This series features a proprietary anchored bonded urethane valve construction. Multiple insert materials including NBR, CPU and TPU are optional, with a standard operating temperature window of -60℃ to 100℃. We also offer high-temperature resistant urethane variants rated for up to 300°F. All products are manufactured under rigorous full-process quality inspection. The anchored bonding structure delivers exceptional adhesion between the metal substrate and polyurethane layer, boasting strong resistance to extrusion, abrasion and chemical erosion. Rated for working pressures above 7500 psi, these valves perform reliably amid severe drilling environments featuring high pressure, elevated temperature and high solid content, making them a dependable spare part solution for all drilling projects.
