Oil Seal
This industrial-gradedouble lip oil seal(also known astwin lip shaft seal) is designed for heavy-duty sealing in harsh operating conditions, widely applied in mud pumps and various rotating machinery.
It efficiently retains oil and grease inside the assembly, while preventing the ingress of dust, dirt, sand and moisture.
Product Description
The seal features a primary sealing lip for dynamic shaft sealing and an additional auxiliary lip as a secondary barrier against contaminants.
Made of high-quality NBR material, it provides excellent oil resistance and temperature stability. The metal case ensures a tight press fit in the housing for reliable, leak-free performance.
This standard size 5" × 6.25" × 0.625" is a commonly used replacement part for pump maintenance, helping reduce wear and extend service life.
For best performance, install the seal squarely with proper tools to avoid lip damage. The shaft must be smooth and within tolerance, and the sealing lip should face the lubricant side.
