Polyurethane undergoes precise cryogenic hardening processing, forming compact internal texture and steady surface hardness. NBR variant boasts great elastic recovery and consistent sealing capability. Both grades feature exceptional abrasion resistance to handle tough downhole working surroundings. The piston is engineered for direct swap-in with conventional mud pump pistons, eliminating extra liner rubber accessories. It delivers robust chemical inertness against various reagents and oil-base muds of varying aniline values, adapting seamlessly to complicated site operating environments.
