Quality monitoring points are set at key processes, with first article inspection and in-process patrol inspection for heat treatment hardness, machining dimensions, and geometric tolerances. Using precision inspection equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), hardness testers, and roughness testers to ensure processing quality is controlled at every stage.

Equipped with spectrometers, universal testing machines, metallographic microscopes and other physical and chemical testing equipment, we can conduct chemical composition analysis, tensile testing, impact testing, metallographic structure analysis and other physical and chemical performance tests on raw materials and finished products, ensuring material performance meets standards at the microscopic level and providing scientific data support for product quality.

Each batch of finished products must complete the following inspection items before release:

Dimensional Accuracy Inspection: Key fit dimension tolerances controlled within ±0.01mm

Hardness Testing: Surface and core hardness meeting heat treatment specifications (e.g., HRC 58-62 / HRA ≥90)

Pressure Testing: Pressure testing at rated working pressure for pressure-bearing components such as valve bodies/seats and fluid end assemblies to ensure reliable pressure performance

Sealing Performance Testing: Valve assembly sealing surface lapping inspection to ensure zero leakage

Wear Resistance Testing: Simulated working condition wear testing for key wearing parts

Each product is marked with a heat number traceability code, enabling traceability to raw material batch, heat treatment furnace charge, processing equipment and operators, achieving full lifecycle quality traceability.
