Mud Pump Liners
FH Petroleum manufactures metal mud pump liners with a forged 45# carbon steel outer sleeve and a centrifugally cast high-carbon, high-chromium wear-resistant alloy inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is heat treated to HRC 59–67 for the working bore. Metal liners are available for a wide range of mud pump models and can be manufactured according to pump models, part numbers, dimensions, technical drawings or approved samples.
Product Description
Metal mud pump liners are replaceable wear components installed in the fluid end of reciprocating mud pumps. FH Petroleum manufactures metal liners using a composite structure that combines a forged steel outer sleeve with a wear-resistant alloy working bore.
The outer sleeve is manufactured from 45# carbon steel using forging and heat-treatment processes. The inner sleeve is made from a high-carbon, high-chromium wear-resistant iron alloy and formed by centrifugal casting, followed by quenching and tempering. The hardness of the inner sleeve reaches HRC 59–67 according to FH Petroleum's product specification.
FH Petroleum supplies metal mud pump liners for a wide range of mud pump models and replacement requirements. Production can be arranged according to pump models, part numbers, dimensions, technical drawings or approved samples.
