It adopts a composite inlaid structure: the outer shell is forged from high-quality carbon steel, while the inner sleeve is centrifugally cast high-carbon high-chromium wear-resistant ferroalloy with 26%-28% chromium content. After heat treatment, the inner sleeve hardness reaches HRC 64, and the minimum uniform bore hardness hits HRC 65. Combining high structural strength of forged steel and excellent abrasion & corrosion resistance of high-chromium alloy, this liner features mirror-smooth inner bore with strictly controlled dimensional tolerance. It resists deformation, allows easy installation and fits all harsh working conditions, with a standard service life of over 800 hours.
