F Series Mud Pumps
Product Overview
F-Series mud pumps are triplex reciprocating pumps designed to circulate drilling fluid through the drilling system. The series covers a range of power ratings and operating configurations for different drilling requirements.
FH Petroleum supplies F-Series mud pumps covering F-500, F-800, F-1000, F-1300, F-1600 and F-1600HL. The F-1600HL represents the F-1600 7500 PSI configuration for applications requiring the corresponding higher-pressure fluid-end arrangement.
Complete pump configurations and replacement components can be supplied according to the required pump model, technical specifications and project requirements.
Complete F-Series mud pumps are supplied through an API-certified pump manufacturing system, with applicable components manufactured to the corresponding API requirements.

Power End Design & Assembly
The F-Series mud pump power end converts rotary input into reciprocating motion through the pinion shaft, crankshaft, connecting rods and crosshead assemblies.
Power is transmitted from the pinion shaft to the main gear / crankshaft, then through the connecting rods and crossheads to the extension rods.
These assemblies operate within the power end frame and connect the drive input to the crosshead and piston rod system.
The fluid end operates according to the specific pump model and pressure configuration. Its main replaceable components include:
Fluid-end modules and internal components are selected to suit the required pump model, liner size, pressure configuration and operating conditions.
The F-1600HL represents the F-1600 7500 PSI configuration for applications requiring the corresponding higher-pressure fluid-end arrangement.
The F-1600HL remains a separate model designation from the standard F-1600. Fluid-end pressure capability and connections should be selected according to the required configuration.
