A “7500 PSI mud pump” is most accurately described as a pressure configuration rather than a completely separate pump family. In the F-Series, the F-1600HL represents the high-pressure version of the F-1600 platform, configured to reach 7500 PSI (approximately 51.7 MPa) under the corresponding liner and operating conditions shown in the supplied technical information.
Pressure capability is not fixed across the whole pump; it changes with liner diameter and operating configuration. A larger liner produces more flow per stroke at a lower rated pressure, while a smaller liner produces less flow at a higher rated pressure. A fluid end is built from a series of interacting components. The power end converts rotary drive input into the reciprocating motion that drives the fluid end. Its principal components are the crankshaft, connecting rods, crosshead assembly, crosshead guide plates, pinion shaft, ring gear (bull gear), bearings and the piston rod / extension rod connection.
